Cleaning Etc. was founded in 2004 by Foluso Tola Olubanjo to provide quality, professional and affordable Maid/Janitorial services and carpet cleaning in homes, offices, commercial buildings, facilities and retail properties on the North Shore of Boston and surrounding areas.

A subsidiary of Seraphic Springs Health Care, Inc. (www.seraphicsprings.com), Cleaning Etc. was created in response to increasing demand for professional cleaning services. Seraphic Springs, a home health care agency, sends nurses, home health aides and homemakers to clients' homes. The Seraphic Springs clients needed their carpets cleaned, heavy duty house chores, window cleaning, floor polishing, and transportation to grocery stores, appointments, etc.  Cleaning Etc. was created to better address these needs.
